Introduction
Assured Information Solutions LLC (AIS) respects individual autonomy and constitutional freedoms, including those under the U.S. Constitution and Idaho Constitution. We do not require COVID-19 vaccinations or inquire into employees’ health status, as such mandates may infringe on personal liberties and privacy rights.
1. Policy Statement
No Vaccine Requirement: Assured does not mandate vaccinations for employees, contractors, or consultants, aligning with our commitment to individual choice.
Privacy Protection: We do not collect or disclose employees’ health information, respecting the right to bodily autonomy (i.e. “My body, my choice.”) and privacy.
Constitutional Basis: The U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment (freedom of association) and Fourteenth Amendment (due process, liberty) protect personal health decisions. The Idaho Constitution, Article I, Section 1, guarantees inalienable rights to life, liberty, and property, which we interpret as supporting freedom from coercive health mandates.
Legal Compliance: Idaho law empowers local entities (e.g., health districts) to set public health policies, but Assured, as a private, remote entity, prioritizes individual rights over mandatory health interventions.
2. Workplace Safety
As a fully remote organization, Assured mitigates health risks through secure, virtual collaboration, eliminating the need for in-person mandates.
Employees are encouraged to follow personal health practices, supported by flexible schedules.
3. Non-Discrimination
Assured does not discriminate based on vaccination status or health choices, fostering an inclusive environment.
